Jeff and Shari Bentley of Fort Pierce, Fla. announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Elise-Marie Meyering to Landon Edward Miller, son of Rick and Margo Miller of Niles.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Faith Baptist High School in Fort Pierce, Fla. and is attending Bethel College in Mishawaka. She is in the Army ROTC program at the University of Notre Dame.

Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Evelyn Smiley of Fort Pierce, Chet Meyering of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Alan and Suzanne Bentley of Port St. Lucie, Fla.

The prospective groom is a home-school graduate in Niles. He is attending Bethel College in Mishawaka. He is in the Army ROTC program at the University of Notre Dame.
Grandparents of the prospective groom are Edward Jarvis of Cadillac, Mich., Star Jarvis of Niles and Edward and Delores Miller of Niles.

Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Island Dunes Country Club in Jensen Beach, Fla. Reception will follow at Pietros on the River.
