Francis Conn, 76, of Dowagiac passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at his residence with his family by his side.
He was born Aug. 24, 1933 in Marion, Ohio to the late John and Hazel (Toombs) Conn. He enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening, fishing and camping.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Kenneth, Clifford and Delbert; and three sisters, Ruth, Eve and Delores.
Francis is survived by two sons, Brian (Shawnee) Flowers of Niles, Kent Dale Conn of Dowagiac; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, John (Amy) Conn and  Herbert (Frannie) Conn; and two sisters; Juanita Bennett and Janet (Robert) Hill, all of Ohio.

In keeping with Francis’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A time of remembrance will be held Saturday, March 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Brian’s home, 33278 Pokagon Highway, Niles (Sumnerville).
