Daniel Mark Kluth, 50, of Niles died at noon Monday, March 1, 2010 in Kalamazoo following a brain ailment.

He was born April 17, 1959 in Niles to Martin Edward Klute and Joyce Laura Klute.

He attended Niles High School and graduated college; he was well-versed in all sorts of communication. He loved music, movies, traveling and trying new things. He traveled the world but would have called Niles his home.

Daniel was so many things here are just a few words that come to mind … he was charismatic, persuasive, entertaining, opinionated, youthful, neighborly, creative, hospitable, philanthropic, thrifty, eccentric, helpful, an adviser, an instigator and the one and only.

Surviving family includes his son, Favian Y. Kluth; brother, Michael M. Klute of Niles; sister, Laura J. Clark of Niles; four nieces, four nephews, five grandnieces and five grandnephews.

The wake will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2010 at 1615 Maple St., Niles with Pastor Brain G. Hedges of Fulkerson Park Baptist Church officiating.
