Auditions are underway for a unique community theater production to debut next month.
“Michiana Manalogues” is the brainchild of a marketing class at Lake Michigan College and will tell the stories of men in the Michiana area.

The play does not have a script but will be written based on the stories of those who audition.

Auditions will take place tonight at 7 p.m. at the Lake Michigan College Bertrand Campus in Niles. Director Lynn Timmons says she is looking for actors, writers, musicians or any man with a story to tell.

“Everyone has a story to tell,” Timmons said. “We’re hoping to have all kinds of people with all kinds of things to say. Whatever happens, I’m sure it will be entertaining.”

The production will take place April 18 at the Niles High School Auditorium. For more information, contact Timmons at mstniles@hotmail.com or call (269) 683-0754.
