Thomas Michael McLaughlin, 32, of Tempe, Ariz. passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family Feb. 3, 2010.

Thomas was born July 20, 1977 in Mesa, Ariz. to his parents, David and Sally McLaughlin, originally of Niles. Thomas was a graduate of Dobson High School (Mesa), and held a bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University. He was a student in the MBA program at Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business at the time of his passing.

Thomas was always up for a new culinary adventure, was an accomplished golfer, animal love, and world traveler, and enjoyed a recent trip in November to Kauai, where he wed his long-time love, Amber Coinman. Together, in Kauai, they hosted their beautiful wedding for family and close friends. Most importantly, Tom always made us laugh and feel loved.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Amber; parents, David and Sally McLaughlin; sister, Julie Dennis; brother-in-law, Kirk Dennis, as well as his nephew Andrew B., and niece, Lucy Belle, to whom they lovingly referred as “Uncle T.” He also leaves behind his cherished dogs, Kilby, The Baby and Prinny as well as countless close friends from around the globe.
