Racheal Nikole Hargreaves, 6 months, died at 12:03 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

She was born July 16, 2009 in Niles, where she was a lifetime resident.

Racheal was a happy baby who loved to wiggle, laugh and smile, and had bright blue eyes.

She is survived by her mother, Sena Hargreaves of Niles; father, Michael Girton of South Bend; grandparents, Peggy Hargreaves of Niles, James Hoida of Niles, Trevor and Linda Nilson of Dowagiac, Don Billingsly of Niles, Lorraine Guhl of South Bend and Mike Girton of Michigan; great-grandparents, Larry Stephens, Barb Guhl, David Shrader and Ann and John Girton; great-great-grandmothers, Leta Anstiss and Eileen Nilson; aunts and uncles, Margaret, Catherine, Trevor Jr., Levi, Dakota, Amber, Steven, Janie, Chris, Kaleigh, Kasey, Bobby, Keith and Kate; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by an uncle, Joshua Hargreaves, who died May 17, 2000.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010 at Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles with Pastor Ernie Riggs of Harvest Assembly of God, Dowagiac, officiating.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
