ELKHART, Ind. – Chrystine A. Haskell, 71, of Elkhart, died a 11:16 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2010.
She was born in Dowagiac on Oct. 16, 1938, to Lester Edward and Cleo Leona (Hodges) Perrin.
Chrystine enjoyed crocheting and doing crossword puzzles.
She was a member of the Living Faith Fellowship in Elkhart.
Surviving are: three daughters, Ellen R. (Tony) Jones of Elkhart, Debra A. (Randy) Fields of Marathon, Fla., and Dawn R. (Curtis) Cheek of Mishawaka, Ind.; a son, Steven E. (Sandy) Zehnker of Deltona, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Elaine Simpson of Dowagiac; and a brother, Elwood (Bev) Perrin of Vandalia. Her parents and a sister precede her in death. A celebration of life service will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at The Lord’s House, 60835 Decatur Road, Cassopolis. Rev. Martha Cooper and the Rev. Bill Frisbie will officiate. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.
