The three following individuals are who Cass County officials  have determined are the “most-wanted” for the charges listed:

Lazaro Lopex Pereles
Age: 35
Description: 5 feet, 6 inches, 150 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
Charges: open murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution
Warrant from the FBI, Detroit Field Office
Details: A body was discovered in a bean field in Silver Creek Township in October 2008, which coincided with a Crime Stoppers tip of a homicide in Silver Creek. Through the investigation, it was determined that Pereles committed the crime. He fled to Mexico and hasn’t been seen since.

Jerry Allen Beathea
Age: 44
Description: 5 feet, 7 inches, 165 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
Charges: Two counts of felony delivery/manufacturing of cocaine, felony possession of cocaine

Ryan Cornelius Williams
Age: 30
Description: 5 feet, 6 inches, 211 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
Charges: Felony possession of cocaine, habitual offender
