NILES – Charleen Kellogg, 77, of Niles, passed away at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind., early on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009.

Arrangements are pending with Mission Hills Memorial Chapel and Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services, both of Niles.
