Jason Rohdy of Dowagiac married Julie Purtell of Leesburg, Ohio, on Aug. 15, 2009.
Their wedding took place at Yankee Trace Golf Club in Centerville, Ohio.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Laura Purtell of Leesburg.

Parents of the groom are Curt and Deb Rohdy of Dowagiac.

They were married by the Rev. Jim Tippin of Dowagiac at a 5:30 p.m. ceremony.

Attending Julie were Maids of Honor Marie Mathias and Melanie Ross, both sisters of the bride, and Danica Bailey, Erica Carlson, Tara Davis and Stephanie Higgins.

Best man was Ryan Fritz, with Abe Barnett, Craig Coffey, Will Dixon, Scott Kingsley and Brad Yauchstetter as groomsmen.

The bride graduated from Wilmington College and Ball State University.

The groom graduated from Central Michigan University and Ball State.
