• John Kindig, 32, 18056 Marcellus Highway, Marcellus, received two years probation plus 120 days jail for possession of methamphetamine and a concurrent; 90 days for delivery and manufacture of marijuana; and 53 days for possession of marijuana June 17.

•  Brandon Smith, 19, 420 East Railroad St., Apt. 4, Dowagiac, got two years probation and credit for 60 days served for delivery and manufacturing of marijuana Sept. 1 in Dowagiac. He must pay $1,168.

• Jared Johnson, 19, 400 South St., Lot 27, Marcellus, received two years probation plus 120 days jail for larceny in a building on June 3. He stole pills and cash from his grandmother’s house in Marcellus. He previously stole some liquor from a golf course clubhouse.
