Jack and Lydia (Wilder) Gould of 31164 M-152, Dowagiac, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

The Goulds married on Sept. 12, 1959.

She retired from teaching. He retired from farming.

The Goulds are the parents of three daughters and have six grandchildren.

They are the parents of Heidi and Scott Burgess, Carin and Jeff Reese and Vicki and Mark Anders.

They celebrated their golden anniversary with a family party at Tosi’s Restaurant in Stevensville and at the Gould’s home.
