Raymond and Evelyn Connors of Niles, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

Evelyn Poznanski and Raymond Connors were united in marriage Oct. 8, 1949. They are blessed with seven children: Deborah Connors, Elaine (Terry) Miller of Niles, William (Diana) Connors of Alma, Michigan, Dennis (Vickie) Connors, Cheryl (Kerry) Dubie, Kevini (Betsy) Connors, and Alan Connors all of Niles.

They have also been given 16 grandchildren and 14 great- grandchildren.

For many years Mr. Connors worked for United Dairies then began driving bus for Berrien County Intermediate School District. After he retired, he worked seasonally for Howard Township.

Mrs. Connors retired from Simplicity Pattern after 30 years of service.

On Saturday, Oct. 10, the Connors will have their marriage vows blessed at St. Mark Church in Niles.
