STEVENSVILLE – The Niles varsity volleyball team lost in the finals of the Silver Division at the Lakeshore Invitational on Saturday.

The Lady Vikings split with St. Josep and Brandywine, defeated Buchanan and Parchment and lost to St. Joseph and Schoolcraft.

Bucks fall to Schoolcraft
The Buchanan varsity volleyball team was ousted by defending state champion Schoolcraft.
The Lady Bucks defeated Brandywine 25-20 and 25-18, defeated Parchment 25-20, 25-18 and split with Niles 16-25, 26-24.

Buchanan was defeated by St. Joseph 25-18, 25-14 and by Lakeshore 25-15, 25-12.
Schoolcraft defeated the Lady Bucks 25-16 and 25-19.

Buchanan is now 9-11-2 on the season.
