Dowagiac netters defeated by Vicksburg

VICKSBURG – The host Bulldogs left no doubt about who was the better tennis team on Monday afternoon.

Vicksburg defeated Dowagiac 7-1 after having dispatched Brandywine earlier in the day by the same score.

Dowagiac picked up its lone victory at No. 2 singles where Bo Parsons defeated Cameron Oswalt 6-0 and 6-3.

The Chieftains are back to work today as they travel to Berrien Springs for a non-conference match beginning at 3 p.m.
