CASSOPOLIS – Cass County Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports that on Friday, Aug. 21, at 6:32 p.m., his office handled a personal-injury crash at a residence in the 26000 block of Yankee Street in Jefferson Township.

Korie Holliday, 17, of Edwardsburg was riding a dirt bike on private trails when he lost control of his vehicle, crashing into the brush and trees outlining the trail.
He was transported to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment and was reported in stable condition.
