Listen to IU basketball games on WHME

Indiana basketball fans will get to follow their favorite team this coming season on WHME-FM.

The station reached an agreement with Learfield Communications to air all Hoosier basketball games, as well as the weekly coach’s show with Tom Crean.

“When it comes to basketball, Indiana University has the premier tradition in the Midwest,” says WHME Sports Director Chuck Freeby.

“We are thrilled to get the opportunity to air these games.  I know last season was rough for Hoosiers fans, but Tom Crean will turn things around in Bloomington and it’s going to be an exciting era,” he added.

Indiana struggled to a 6-25 record last season, but a highly-touted freshman class has brought a renewed enthusiasm to the Hoosier camp.

The schedule has not been released yet, but Indiana will play in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off in November and the Jimmy V Classic in December, as well as its Big Ten schedule.
