Jamie and Steve Harman, formerly of Niles/Edwardsburg, are parents of a son born at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Ky, Tuesday, July 28, 2009.
Luke weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces. and was 19.5 inches long.

The Harmans are also the parents of Cody and Jadyn.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy and Ronald Patzer, of Edwardsburg.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Larry Harman, of Niles and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hickey, of Niles.

Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barnhart of Edwardsburg.
Sergeant First Class Harman is stationed at Fort Knox, Ky.
